Returning Extractable Value to Pools and Liquidity Providers
Andrei Seoev is the co-founder and CEO of MEV-X, where he leads product development and research. He has co-authored papers on DeFi, liquidity-provider economics and maximal extractable value, and created the MEV Explorer for EVM chains.
Since 2023, MEV-X has operated as a searcher, running live atomic and CEX–DEX arbitrage strategies across Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Base and other EVM networks.
In 2025, the team applied this experience to build MEV-X Homelander, a plugin that enables AMM pools to capture their own extractable value and redistribute it to pool owners and liquidity providers instead of allowing it to leak to validators and external searchers. Before entering crypto, Andrei worked at SAP and Upstream Solutions.
